FiGee World Whisky Selection

The first peated single malt London whisky from the Bimber distillery and a limited release of only 1140 numbered bottles.

This extraordinary whisky was made from 100% single-farm-grown barley, dried with a mix of wet and dry Aberdeenshire peat. Mashed and fermented at the distillery's iconic in-house washbacks and distilled in directly-fired alembic pot stills. Four casks were married together to create the 1st Peated, Cask#463, #464, #470 & #471.

Total PPM 14.4, non-chill filtered & natural coloured.

The third release of the small batch edition of only 1650 bottles, exclusively created for members of Bimber's Klub. Bimber Imperial Stout Cask, single malt London whisky, was aged in an Ex-bourbon cask and finished in a stout cask from Artisan Craft Beer Brew by Numbers.

Bimber Distillery launches "Apogee XII" - a 12-year-old Premium Pure Malt Whisky that celebrates the fine art of blending, offering impeccable balance with added layers of flavour and complexity resulting from the vibrant, fruity, and spicy character of the ex-Bimber casks.

Apogee is made from the finest single malt whiskies from the Highlands and Speyside. These whiskies have matured for a minimum of 12 years before being further enhanced by a skilful maturation in ex-bourbon casks previously used for Bimber's award-winning whiskies.

Bottled at 46.3% alcohol without colouring or cold filtration. The eye-catching, custom-made glass bottle features a tactile, hammered glass that mimics the surfaces of Bimber's small copper stills.

The third release of the Small Batch Series was created from a vatting of casks exclusively aged in Bourbon Barrels and individually selected by the Bimber's Master distiller.

The Barrels are made from Quercus Alba, a type of wood that complements the underlying character of the approachable, fruit-forward spirit, imparting sweet, rich flavours with a balanced spiciness.

Batch No.003 is limited, only 5000 bottles are available worldwide.

This whisky is sold as a set which includes 1 x 70cl Bimber Ex-Bourbon Cask# 205 Switzerland Edition 2021 plus 1 x 50cl Bimber Kumquat Gin

The new Bimber Single Malt, Single Cask whisky Switzerland Edition 2021 has finally arrived. This expression was matured in Ex-Bourbon and drawn from Cask# 205. Bottled at cask strength and exclusively produced for Figee Fine Goods as part of Bimber's 2021 Country Collection. Very limited, only 270 bottles were released.

The Bimber Country Collection was created to meet the growing demand for Bimber’s single malt whiskies. The new release follows the inaugural 2020 collection, which was a hit and sold out worldwide.

The latest batch is composed of twenty-four cask strength, single cask whiskies. Fourteen have been released this summer and the other ten will be available by the end of the year.

The lucky countries are Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, The Nederlands, Poland, South Africa & Taiwan.

Each edition showcases a variety of casks such as Ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez, Madeira, Ruby Port and Ex-Rye. Non-Chill filtered, natural colour.
