The 2021 - 01 E batch is named after retired Jim Beam employee Mike Donohoe who was a close friend to Booker Noe, founder and a sixth-generation master distiller who introduced the world to small batch bourbon.
Today the distillery is run by his son Fred Noe, a 7th Generation Master Distiller from the Beam Family.
Batch 2021 - 01 E was matured for over six years and is composed of barrels from two production dates aged in six different rack house locations:
16% came from the 2nd floor of 9-story warehouse H
8% came from the 6th floor of 9-story warehouse H
4% came from the 6th floor of 7-story warehouse L
16% came from the 4th floor of 7-story warehouse X
9% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse X
47% came from the 5th floor of 7-story warehouse Z
With over six generations of distilling experience and a time-tested yeast strain that has been in the family for over 60 years, Baker's presents a Bourbon Whiskey of smooth texture and distinctive taste.

Each bottle is filled from a singular barrel, offering a unique tasting journey, maintaining the typical defining flavours of bourbon.
The intensity and flavour of each are unique, fluctuating from smokey to peppery or floral.
Weather and placement where the barrel sits inside the rickhouse can influence the flavour, proof and time a barrel needs to age.
The higher the floor, the warmer the temperatures and the higher the proof. The top floors produce spicier bourbons while the low colder floors produce a floral flavoured bourbon.
There is a serial number on the neck of the bottle that contains information about that particular bottling.
Made with the finest ingredients, including three non-GMO grains: American-grown corn, rye, and malted barley. The water for their whiskey is sourced from the Kentucky River and is naturally filtered through limestone, removing iron and other impurities.

Small-batch straight bourbon matured for 8 years refined with Texas mesquite charcoal. Two different methods of charcoal filtration are combined to give Longbranch its smooth and full finish. The first filtration is made with American white oak charcoal, the second with Texas mesquite charcoal. This gives the bourbon its characteristic flavour with a smoky sweetness.

The label features the artwork of former Atlanta Braves baseball player Richard Sullivan. The Derby bottle has been an annual collector’s item expected by bourbon and racing fans since 1999.

Willett Pot Still Reserve is a very elegant and mild Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced in a Pot Still. Each bottle is numbered and sealed with a label that shows the number of the barrel where it was matured.
The long aging in oak barrels and the high amount of Rye in the mash bill gives Old Grand Dad Bourbon a special aroma and genuine Bourbon character.
Raymond Hayden started his first distillery in 1880 and two years later, he founded Old Grand-Dad. He named the distillery and the brand after his grandfather Basil Hayden, who launched the dynasty and is now mapped to each bottle.
Woodford Whiskey Double Oak is made from corn, rye, barley malt and clear spring water. Using five to seven yeasts in a process of acid fermentation, a triple distillation takes place in copper stills. The whisky is then stored for about seven years in white oak casks, which have been produced and charred in the in-house kitchens. However, at Woodford Reserve, only Master Distiller Chris Morris decides how long the cask will mature and the exact time of discharge. The bourbon then matures for nine months before being bottled. This gives Bourbon Double Oaked a sweeter and smoother flavour.
