Handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco from 100% agave Tequilana Weber Blue. The plants are estate-grown, cut by hand and slowly cooked in traditional bricks and stone ovens. The world's first and only 100% Blue Agave spirit aged in Fraxinus barrels. Porfidio Fraxinus is a single-tree distillate hand toasted and cold aged in the Bavarian Alps. Distilled in a state-of-art German Hollstein equipment and continuously aged in the same virgin barrel throughout the entire ageing process, not 'finished' in virgin oak.
The hand made porcelain bottle from Germany is off-white in colour with a satin finish and decorated with embossed vertical ridges, contoured to the shape of the bottle. A unique experience to cherish with good friends
Fraxinus is known amongst the Germanic tribes as the Tree of Gods. The oned used for these barrels was planted in 1857 in Bavaria and harvested on its 150th birthday under special government license creating only 14 barrels. Porfidio was able to acquire 6 barrels to age this unique spirit. Its wood contains almost no wood tannins compared to oak, hence there's very little astringency in the after taste and a very little colour has been imparted to the agave spirit.
Made from first-growth 100% blue agave from the geographically delimited Jalisco region, created for the blue agave purist. Porfidio Plata stands out for its reduced methanol content which results in an extra smooth spirit. This is accomplished by cold-pressing the agave juice rather than hot-pressing the agave juice so the hydrolyzation process can happen enzymatically
Porfidio Plata is unaged therefore, it is bottled fresh after the distillation. The absence of the wood barrels gives this spirit its unique and fresh taste. Sipped by some, used as a premium cocktail ingredient by many, there is no clearly defined "best enjoyed as" recommendation for this versatile, unaged, distilled spirit.

Porfidio Extra añejo "The original" is made from first-growth 100% blue agave from the geographically delimited Jalisco region. The agave juice is cold-pressed, resulting in a reduced methanol content for an ultra-smooth spirit.
The spirit is aged in the finest hand-toasted virgin Oak barrels, then during the final period gets partially ocean-matured, in a Tour-Du-Monde. Porfidio is presented in a hand-made glass bottle with a green cactus with a red fruit figurine and a metallic label for a sparkling effect.

Clase Azul Ultra is a premium, extra añejo tequila and the brand’s crown jewel. Ultra is produced in limited quantities and has quickly become a collector and aficionado favourite! Its decanter is a work of art and takes two weeks to create and is entirely handmade and includes three precious metals: pure platinum, sterling silver and 24-carat gold.
Clase Azul Ultra is aged for five years in previously used sherry wood casks from Spain, which gives Clase Azul Ultra its unique, refined character.
