FiGee Fine Goods is the official importer and distributor in Switzerland of premium spirits and wine from around the world. We specialize in artisanal, exclusive, limited edition, rarities and independent bottlers.
The grapes for this wine are destemmed in the cellar and gently pressed at 0.3-1.8 bar. In the first 20 hours before fermentation, the grape juice undergoes a clarification and fining process. The fermentation is made in closed steel tanks at a constant temperature below 18° and lasts up to 4 weeks.
Afterwards, the wine is matured in steel tanks for seven months. Depending on the vintage, biological acid degradation is partially or entirely carried out.
The "Bourrée" is filtered before bottling. The alcohol level is between 12.5% and 13%, depending on the vintage. Before the wine goes on sale, it stays in the bottle for 6 months or more at a constant temperature.

Monkey 47 Dry Gin Experimental Series 2y05 Zurich was created with Hay grown on Swiss pastures alongside local herbs, free of pesticides or fertilizers.
Every summer, local farmers cut down the nutritious grass to feed their cattle during winter. The Hay is sundried before bitter herbal components are removed, and then it is milled and steeped to create the extract that goes into Monkey 47 distillate.
The Experimentum Series offers extraordinary spirit blends based on Monkey 47, with flavours so unique that each bottling will defy categorization. The process combines authentic ingredients, cutting-edge vacuum distillation and alternative aroma extraction methods.
The series is released several times a year with only 500 numbered bottles per edition.
This time the monkey distillery chose Achillea moschata or musk yarrow found in the Swiss canton of Grisons.
The plant, also known as "Iva" by local Romansh speakers, is used to cure ailments such as indigestion. It only grows between July and September and is rich in resinous, balsamic, sweet aromas.
Monkey 47 Distiller's Cut 2017 is handcrafted, double distilled, matured for three months in stoneware containers, and blended with soft spring water from the Black Forest.
This bottle is part of the Distiller's Cut series, an annual edition showcasing a "Species Rara" or special ingredient that compliments the 47 traditional botanicals in the gin.

This cask is an excellent example of peat evolution. Peat is typically dominant in the first 10-12 years of a malt's existence before evolving into rustic notes and fading to the background as it ages.

This whiskey is distilled in a copper-pot still and matured in fire charred-white oak barrels. These barrels are stored in a heat-cycled warehouse. During the process, fluctuations in temperature expand and contract the wood barrels, bringing out flavours such as marmalade and light caramel.
