A 100% Gamaret wine matured for 24 months in American oak barrels. The bouquet is toasty, with hints of vanilla, spice and fruit. The exquisite burst of flavour from the nose is repeated on the palate.

Gamaret is a red grape variety. Created by crossing Gamay and Reichensteiner, this variety was registered in Switzerland in 1991.

Pédrix Blanche 2019 is a "natural" wine made from the estate's own organically grown vineyards, followed by a fermentation process using yeasts raised and fed on the estate.

This wine contains a very small amount of sulphites.

Barbera D'Asti D.O.C.G | MAGNUM

Barbera is a staple grape from Piedmont in Northern Italy, the variety is robust and it can easily acclimate to different regions. Unlike other red grapes varieties, this one has a relatively long hang time on the vine, which contributes to the dense flavours of the wine.

The 2018 Cvrsvs Vitae has well-defined acidity, making it the ideal pairing to duck, goose and dark meat dishes. The style of wine is pleasant, easy to drink with intense aromas. The producer Carlin de Paolo focuses on low yields and ages the wine for over a year in small wooden barrels to attain more structure and maturity.

Serving temperature: 16-18 degrees. Drinking maturity: within 3 - 5 years. Open the bottle at least 1 hour before and serve at 18°C in red wine glasses. Composition: 100% Barbera grapes.

DOC Bolgheri Superiore

Argentiera Doc Bolgheri Superiore is a wine of rich and silky taste, made with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes coming from the best sites of the vineyards, which are located at 180 to 200 m above sea level.

The grapes were carefully handpicked and vinified separately; the fermentation and maceration took place over approx. 25/30 days in tanks, with a temperature of 28/30° C. The ageing in French oak barrels, the structure of the cabernet sauvignon and the unique terroir of the Tenuta Argentiera make this wine one of the finest Bolgheri wines.

Bianco de Merlot | Ticino DOP | 100% Merlot

The grapes for this wine are destemmed in the cellar and gently pressed at 0.3-1.8 bar. In the first 20 hours before fermentation, the grape juice undergoes a clarification and fining process. The fermentation is made in closed steel tanks at a constant temperature below 18° and lasts up to 4 weeks.

Afterwards, the wine is matured in steel tanks for 7 months. The biological acid degradation is carried out partially or completely, depending on the vintage.

The "Bourrée" is filtered before bottling. The alcohol level is between 12.5% and 13%, depending on the vintage. Before the wine is put on sale, the wine stays in the bottle for 6 months or more at a constant temperature.

100% Pedro Ximénez | D.O. Montilla-Moriles

In this wine, the Pedro Ximénez influence is less present, here we can reach the boundaries between a sweet and dry wine. Matured for more than 10 years in oak barrels. As opposed to the Fino, Alvear produces their Oloroso by impeding the development of the Velo de Flor, where a thin layer of yeast formes aiding the natural ageing process.

Due to the abundance of natural sugars in the Pedro Ximénez grapes, no alcohol is required at any stage of production or ageing.
