This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Finca Hisenda Miret at an altitude of 400 meters, and Finca la Torreta, located at 315 meters above sea level.
The vineyards are cultivated by organic farming methods. Aflock of sheep is responsible for fertilising the land of the vineyards and a local honeycomb aims to support the pollination of the grape flowers.
After the harvest, the grapes are removed from their vats to carry out a cold maceration at a temperature of 8 ° C for 5 days.
Subsequently, the fermentation of the two varieties is performed separately at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C for 4 weeks. Finally, Mas Irene spends a minimum of 13 months in French Allier oak barrels and then a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.
An organic red wine from Ribera del Duero made from 100% Tinto Fino Grapes from bush vines that are 15 to 30 years old cultivated free of chemicals, using biodynamic methods, non-irrigated and without any wire support. Situated on the highest mountains of the Penedès, close to the sky, is where the freshest and most aromatic Xarel.lo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow.
The grapes for this wine are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic methods, pesticides and herbicides are consistently avoided and no irrigation is used. A herd of sheep fertilizes the soil and bees help pollinate the vines during the flowering period.

Rosa Cusiné cava microcuvée is made from 100% Red Grenache grapes cultivated according to Organic and Biodynamic techniques. The vineyards are located at 800 m. above sea level in the Penedès region.
Rosa Cusiné cava is fermented in steinless steel tanks at 16 ºC for 16 days. The second fermentation in the bottle takes 48 months. No oak ageing.
An elegant Microcuvee composed of Xarel·lo Chardonnay and Pinot noir. The grapes come from vineyards with special soils and microclimates, producing refined wines.
Blanca Cusiné is produced in limited quantities. Grape Variety: 81% Xarel-lo, 9% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir

Lallier Rosé is composed of a grape Variety: 65% pinot noir, 35% Chardonnay of which 80% are base wines from a specific year & 20% are two to three year old reserve wines. The blend combines the fullness and intense character of the Pinot Noir with the emblematic freshness of the Chardonnay
Exceptionally elegant made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Grands Crus vineyards.
The blend consisit of a 70% base wines from Aÿ, a terroir usually dominated by Pinot Noir. The 30% of reserve wines come from the renowned plots of the Côte des Blancs in Avize, Cramant and Oger.
Aged between 36 and 48 months. This champagne can be kept up to five years, stored away from light.
The Série R is the result of a deep reflection on a specific year’s harvest, in this case, a large majority of the Cuvee R.016 comes from the 2016 vintage.

Stella is matured for twelve months, 60% in old oak barriques and 40 in new oak barriques. Before its release, the bottled wine is kept in the warehouse at a constant temperature for a year or more.
