An Agricole rum made from pure sugar cane juice, aged for seven years in small ex-bourbon barrels in the tropical climate of Martinique, where the humidity and constant high temperature accelerates the maturation process. Trois Rivières Vieux is made exclusively from sugar cane from the 1995 harvest. True to its terroir, this Rhum Agricole is characterised by its tonic and generous structure and the explosion of aromas that are so typical of the style of the Trois Rivières distillery.
This Rum was first aged in Bourbon barrels, giving it strong tannins and woody aromas. Finished in cognac barrels, completing its complex profile with fine floral and fruity notes.
This single barrel Agricole rum was exclusively selected by Jacquelin Ullrich during a distillery visit in May 2018. It was distilled from pure sugar cane and aged for 19 years in American oak barrel. This is a limited release of only 245 numbered bottles. There aren't many bottlings of single cask JM Rhum of this age. Get it while it lasts.
Aged for 14 years in American oak casks that had previously contained bourbon. Bottled in 2017, only 1715 numbered bottles were released. This cuvée comes from Section L of the La Mauny Distillery cellars.

Distilled in 1952 and aged in barrels for thirty-nine years and finally bottled in 1991. Clement's dark amber in color comes from the long aging in oak barrels, as well as it intense and elegant bouquet of dried fruit, flowers, and wood followed by hints of licorice.
