Customers must inspect the products immediately when received. Any defects or falsely delivered products must be reported within 5 business days. If no complaint is received within that deadline, then the goods are deemed proper and accepted by the customer. The return of goods to Visionary Investments Gmbh is at the customer's expense. Products must be returned within 10 business days of the receipt of goods. Correctly delivered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
