This is the first bottling made from a resurrected variety of barley, named after pioneering plant breeder Dr Herbert Hunter.

From 50 grams of seeds, upscaled over several years to 50 barrels distilled on the first harvest.

Heritage Hunter is part of the Arcadian range which explores the flavours and intensity of the old ways.

This whisky was matured in a combination of 45% first-fill US oak; 19% virgin US oak; 21% Premium French oak; and 15% Vin Doux Naturel.

The Waterford distillery releases new bottlings from the Arcadian series, this time, two peated single malt whiskies made from two types of Single Farm Origin barley both with distinctive terroirs and flavour.

Each farm's harvest was peated to different levels: Fenniscourt's barley to 38ppm and Ballybannon's barley to 47ppm.

Fenniscourt was matured in a combination of 37% first-fill US oak; 19% virgin US oak; 20% Premium French oak; and 24% Vin Doux Naturel.

100% Weber Blue Agave

Handcrafted in the highlands of Jalisco from 100% agave Tequilana Weber Blue. The plants are estate-grown, cut by hand and slowly cooked in traditional bricks and stone ovens. Shredded and crushed to extract the aromatic agave juice which is later fermented in wooden vats and distilled twice in copper stills.

Excellia Blanco rests for a few weeks in grand cru sauternes wine casks and cognac barrels, just enough to extract subtle flavours from the casks, preserving the original flavours of the agave

Made from Agave Salmiana, locally known as Maguey Verde or Green Giant. A variety of agave grown in calcareous soils in the Central Mexican plateau in San Luis Potosí, where the semi-arid climate yields crisp, citrus flavours.

Machetazo San Luis Potosi is 100% handcrafted using a special method of cooking the piñas through vaporization in Earthen and stone ovens above ground, which eliminates the typical smokiness of mezcal.

Fermented in masonry-stone tubs, distilled once in a copper bell still.

100% Agave Espadin

Made from Agave Espadin, a variety frequently used for its sugars, weight and volume. The flavour of the agave varies according to the region where it grows. In this case, the Oaxacan sub-tropical climate provides concentrated, floral flavours.

The agaves are grown until they reach their maturity between 8-12 years, cooked in earthen ovens, fermented in wooden barrels and distilled twice in a copper still.

2018 Microcuvée | D.O Penedès

An outstanding red wine from Penedès produced by Pares Balta, a family business founded in 1790. The third generation of this family are currently running the winery, Joan and Josep Cusiné, with the help of Josep´s father, Joan Cusiné Cusiné.

This wine is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from Finca Hisenda Miret at an altitude of 400 meters, and Finca la Torreta, located at 315 meters above sea level.

The vineyards are cultivated by organic farming methods. Aflock of sheep is responsible for fertilising the land of the vineyards and a local honeycomb aims to support the pollination of the grape flowers.

After the harvest, the grapes are removed from their vats to carry out a cold maceration at a temperature of 8 ° C for 5 days.

Subsequently, the fermentation of the two varieties is performed separately at a controlled temperature of 25 ° C for 4 weeks. Finally, Mas Irene spends a minimum of 13 months in French Allier oak barrels and then a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.

2020 Tinto Fino | D.O Ribera del Duero

An organic red wine from Ribera del Duero made from 100% Tinto Fino Grapes from bush vines that are 15 to 30 years old cultivated free of chemicals, using biodynamic methods, non-irrigated and without any wire support. Cold skin maturation is applied in order to obtain a high aromatic character, color with a low input of tannins. Aged for 8 months in 2nd and 3rd-year-old 400L barrels of French oak

Ribera del Duero is an area with rich soils and extreme climate conditions; scarce rainfalls throughout the year and temperatures ranging from -20°C to 35°C ideal for vine growing.

2021 Xarel-lo & Sauvignon Blanc | D.O Penedès

Situated on the highest mountains of the Penedès, close to the sky, is where the freshest and most aromatic Xarel.lo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grow.

The grapes for this wine are cultivated according to organic and biodynamic methods, pesticides and herbicides are consistently avoided and no irrigation is used. A herd of sheep fertilizes the soil and bees help pollinate the vines during the flowering period.

2016 Microcuvée Cava | D.O Penedès

Rosa Cusiné cava microcuvée is made from 100% Red Grenache grapes cultivated according to Organic and Biodynamic techniques. The vineyards are located at 800 m. above sea level in the Penedès region.

Rosa Cusiné cava is fermented in steinless steel tanks at 16 ºC for 16 days. The second fermentation in the bottle takes 48 months. No oak ageing.

Limited edition of only 3203 bottles.

The second release of the series was bottled at 47% for a smoother tasting experience.

The Prologue Series is created from vibrant Speyside and Highland single malts aged in bourbon wood. These whiskies are enjoyed straight as a daily dram and a perfect mixer in cocktails.

This blended malt is curated from younger single malts at their prime age just when they are developing their Highland and Speyside characters. A great entry-level whisky with sweet, earthy, grassy and spicy notes.

Prologue Batch 2 is limited, only 6000 bottles were released in 2022.

A well-aged, well finished, example of Cambus single grain whisky.

For this release, Independent bottler Chapter 7 has finished a single bourbon hogshead in three-octave casks. The octaves had previously held Glen Elgin and Linkwood.

Distilled in September 1988, bottled in January 2022 at cask strength of 47.6%, from single cask No.3325.

Independent bottler Chapter 7 presents a well-aged Glen Grant, matured for 24 years in a Bourbon Hogshead.

Distilled in January 1998, bottled in January 2022 at cask strength of 51.1%, from single cask No.6454.

The Glen Grant distillery is known for its light whisky style. Founded in 1839, it is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside and the only remaining single malt distillery to still bear the name of its founders.

Normally, Blair Athol casks are destined for blending in ex-bourbon barrels.

For this release Chapter 7 made an exception and aged the whisky in a wine cask. The cask is likely a 2nd or 3rd fill, resulting in a complex dram rather than a dominant one.

Blair Athol is part of the Monologue range of single cask, single malt Scotch whiskies, where no two casks are the same. Monologue whisky is a unique expression. It tells the story of the distillery that produced the whisky and the cask where it matured.

The Blair Athol distillery was built-in 1798, in the picturesque town of Pitlochry, where an ancient source of water – the Allt Dour – flows through the grounds contributing to the whisky’s, mellow character and smooth finish.

A 12-year-old single cask whisky aged in a bourbon hogshead and then finished in an oloroso hogshead. Instead of going for a 'coloured' result, Chapter 7 Whisky kept the finishing short. Adding to this already accomplished malt notes of prunes, sultanas and spices.

WITL |Single Malt Whisky | Single Cask 12/2010

The Tomintoul distillery is known for its signature "gentle single malt". Key components such as the natural environment, fresh air and pure water contribute to the smooth and mellow character of the spirit.

This edition was distilled in September 2010 and bottled in October 2021 by independent bottler WITL at 56.8% from a single cask No. 128/2010. All of his whiskies a non-chill-filtered and free of artificial colouring.

Limited, only 409 bottles were released worldwide.
