For this release, Independent bottler Chapter 7 has finished a single bourbon hogshead in three-octave casks. The octaves had previously held Glen Elgin and Linkwood.

Independent bottler Chapter 7 presents a well-aged Glen Grant, matured for 24 years in a Bourbon Hogshead.
Distilled in January 1998, bottled in January 2022 at cask strength of 51.1%, from single cask No.6454.
The Glen Grant distillery is known for its light whisky style. Founded in 1839, it is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside and the only remaining single malt distillery to still bear the name of its founders.
Normally, Blair Athol casks are destined for blending in ex-bourbon barrels.
For this release Chapter 7 made an exception and aged the whisky in a wine cask. The cask is likely a 2nd or 3rd fill, resulting in a complex dram rather than a dominant one.

A 12-year-old single cask whisky aged in a bourbon hogshead and then finished in an oloroso hogshead. Instead of going for a 'coloured' result, Chapter 7 Whisky kept the finishing short. Adding to this already accomplished malt notes of prunes, sultanas and spices.

This outstanding gin is created with a unique two-step process. Real rhubarb juice and ginger have been distilled in a vacuum still. This process allows the true flavours to come through creating a world-class gin.

The first release of Ballyroe 1.1 was made from Irish barley grown by third-generation Simon Neville, whose land sits on the Seafield series where the sandy, coarse texture makes for a challenging terroir in drier years and a fruitier, more floral spirit.

Gaia 1.2 was bottled on September 2020 at 50% ABV without colouring, chill-filtration or any additives whatsoever – totally natural. This is a limited release of only 4000 bottles.

The first bottling from the special release of Kaiyo's cask finish series.
The Rubi is made from 100% malted barley, matured for seven years in Mizunara oak barrels in Japan.
After the first maturation, the barrels go to sea for three months, then sent back to Japan to be finished for four months in ex-ruby port pipes and bottled at 46% ABV.
The latest release from Kaiyo is a one of the kind bottling exclusively aged in first-fill Japanese Kuri chestnut barrels.
Made from 100% malted barley, matured for seven years in Japan, then the barrels go to sea for three months, as all of Kaiyo's whiskies do. Then it is sent back to Japan to be bottled at un-chill-filtered at a cask strength of 56%

Samaroli presents an old style single malt whisky drawn from a single cask from the Macallan distillery. This gem was distilled in 1989, bottled in 2022 at a perfect alcoholic concentration of 42.5% in Scotland from selected Cask No. 6890
