Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon & Carignan come from vineyards with soils rich in Llicorella, where the compacted clay sediments provide the distinctive mineral character of the Priorat region.
Gratavimum 2pr is partially aged in oak barrels, clay amphoras and glass DemiJohns. In good conditions, this bottle will evolve positively for at least the next sevenyears. Serve at 16 º C. and decant before serving.
The essence of Priorat is resumed inside this bottle: Centenary vineyards of Carignan grapes, planted on high slopes according to organic and biodynamic methods, reveal the purity and strength of Priorat terroir. Coster is made from 100% Carignan grapes, aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels of 400L, only 665 bottles were produced. This wine is presented in its original wooden case (OWC) of 3 bottles.
Wild and natural. This natural wine is made using only the fermented juice of Carignan and Syrah grapes and wild yeast. Aged for 11 months in 400L new French oak barrels. In good conditions of conservation, this wine will develop favorably in the next 5 years. The 2015 vintage yield a limited production of 2340 bottles.
Priorat is a region with soils rich in Llicorella; a kind of slate stone composed of compacted clay sediments that give a mineral character to the wines. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that have never been treated with any chemicals and no irrigation is made in order to grow vines with deeper roots.
