The scrumptious eight-year Aberlour was finished in First fill Oloroso sherry quarter for almost a year. The small-sized barrel allowed a better marriage of flavors between the Sherry and the whisky. Aberlour was bottled by independent bottler Whisky Is The Limit at cask strength of 58.5%. Very limited, only 225 bottles have been released.
The only Constellation whisky finished in Port pipes. The time spent in the finest Tawny Port pipes has gifted this whisky with a rich palate of cassis, black forest fruits and rich plums. It is a truly memorable whisky.
Under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Richard Paterson, this spirit was initially matured in American white oak first-fill Kentucky Bourbon barrels for a flawless base of vanilla, ginger spice and mangos.
After maturing 10 years in the cask, the spirit was transferred to the finest Tawny Port pipes from Porto, Portugal where it rested for nine years more. During this time the spirit was nurtured by the cask, yielding notes of chunky marmalade, bitter chocolate and rich plums
The elegant backbone of this whisky has been defined by its 11-year slumber in the finest American white oak cask.
Only when the time was right did Master Distiller transferred into an exquisite Lepanto brandy cask. Here the whisky was gifted with notes of grapefruit, crushed almonds and caramel fudge. Six years later, the whisky got transferred into a distillery rum bourbon cask for its final refinement, completing this whisky’s wonderful flavours.
One of the few examples where The Dalmore has only been matured in a single sherry cask. This whisky has been matured in a cask which has previously held rare, 30 years old Apostoles sherry. The cask has been exclusively sourced from the González Byass bodega and gifts the whisky with rich notes of orange, mango and crushed almonds.
The Dalmore Constellation 1979 is an outstanding example of how time and cask selection can work together to create an exhilarating whisky. After spending 33 long years resting in Warehouse no. 9, the whisky had time to develop and refine at its own pace, yielding to an array of aromas including notes of apples, peaches and lemongrass. This whisky was aged and nurtured by a powerful cask made from Quercus Alba from the Ozark mountain range of Missouri.

This is the 2020 edition of Samaroli's Jamaica Rhapsody, a blend of rums from the Caribbean island! It was matured and bottled in Scotland, with a production of 669 bottles at 45% ABV, full of sparkle and spicy notes from the coast.
It is unclear from which distillery in Jamaica this rum comes from, but we do know that after being distilled in 2006 it was matured in Scotland in a single cask. Samaroli bottled the rum in 2020, with a run of 314 bottles at 50% ABV.
