Samaroli Ardenistle is composed of an assemblage of young whiskies, two Caol Ila and two Islands. The combination is inspired by an old blend originally made for Anacleto Bleve, father of Samaroli's Master Blender Antonio Bleve

With less prominent smoke than some of its Islay neighbours, Caol Ila whisky is different from its neighbours. Its mashing, fermentation regime, stills and cut points are unique, producing a fruity malt that is likeable even for those who don't like peat at first.
Distilled in September 2012, matured in a refill bourbon hogshead cask No. 325862. Caol Ila 8 years old was bottled in April 2021 at cask strength 51.4%. Natural colour, non chill filtered. Limited edition of 301 bottles.
Single cask, single malt Islay whisky, bottled and refined inside the bottle in Scotland since April, 2013. These bottles are very rare, they were imported to Japan by accident then sent back to Switzerland. They have Japanese and Swiss import stickers. Only 240 bottles were released in 2013.
The first-ever Caol Ila 35 year old in this series is also the oldest Caol Ila Special Release to date, combining whisky from refill American oak hogsheads and refill American and European oak butts in a well-balanced and mature expression that shows a fine freshness, cleanliness and precision for its age. A rare whisky distilled in 1968 and a great example of Port Askaig's old Islay style, almost completely lost today. Unpeated, fruit-driven with abundant tropical fruits such as mangoes and papayas.
Despite this whisky's origins in Islay, the long ageing has allowed the smokiness of the spirit to fade and develop into something quite special.
A blend of Caol Ila, Highland Park, Glenlossie, Tamdhu, Talisker single malts that combines seemingly different flavor profiles, but together creates an irresistible dram.
