Villa Bucci Classico 2021 is made from 100% organic Verdicchio grapes, cultivated within five vineyards with different exposures and altitudes ranging from 220 to 380 meters above sea level. This is an excellent aperitif white wine; it also pairs well with fish pasta and risotto, fish soups, white meats and fresh cheeses. VINIFICATION: Each vineyard undergoes separate vinification, employing manual harvesting with gentle pressing and selecting only the initial press. There is no contact with the skins during this process. The grapes are left on the lees until spring and malolactic fermentation is not induced, allowing the wine to develop naturally. Vinification occurs in steel tanks. During bottling, wines from various vineyards are blended to maintain consistency in style as much as possible.
