The 2023 release is an outstanding 30-year-old single malt whisky from Macallan's Double Cask series, a collection of whiskies aged in a combination of sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks. The Double Cask series captures the journey of the wood sourced from forests of northern Spain, the French Pyrenees and the lush forests of Ohio, Missouri and Kentucky to create the perfect harmony.
