COMPOSITION: • 1 cask of Martinique rum 2017 from a Restricted Distillery. • Aged in an Ex-Bourbon Cask # 110. • Pure cane juice distilled in a Column still. • No Tropical ageing - MMLF. • 1 cask of Mauritius rum 2015 from a Restricted Distillery. • Aged in an Ex-sherry / Ex-whisky Cask # 6. • Pure cane juice distilled in a Column still. • Tropical ageing one and a half years – MCCAW. • 1 cask of Mauritius rum 2014 from a Restricted Distillery. • Aged in an Ex-Bourbon Cask # 01. • Pure cane juice distilled in a Column still. • Tropical ageing two years – MSAM2.
Tasting notes
Notes of chocolate, morello cherry, almonds and dried fruit.
After the first sip, the palate is completely enveloped in rich flavours. The balsamic notes are present but are quickly taken over by tobacco, vanilla, and liquorice.
