Frapin Cuvée 1888 Grande Champagne | Premier Cru De Cognac

Frapin Cuvée 1888 Premier Grand Cru Cognac 70cl Bottle - Leather Box 40% vol

Frapin Cuvee 1888 Premier Grand Cru Cognac is composed of an assemblage of old Cuvees matured at the Paradis storehouse. These cognacs have been ageing for many generations - some were distilled even before 1888 - and are a testimony to the mastery of the late and great Monsieur Pierre Frapin.

Offered in a limited series of 1888 bottles, this magnificent cognac is presented in an engraved crystal decanter, encircled by a decorative spiral in 24-carat gold.

The stunning decanter preserves the secret of a rare vintage and it was manufactured by the famous Cristalleries Royales de Champagne.

About the distillery

Frapin Cuvée 1888 honours company founder Piere Frapin, who in 1888 selected the cuvee that won a Gold Medal at the World Fair in Paris. The Gold Medal is still on display and proudly so, in the Eiffel Storehouse of our Chatea. Some of the cognacs used in the assemblage pre-date 1888, and a high proportion of the little-seen Folle Blanche grape is used.
