Haru is part of a Japanese gin collection that evolves with the seasons. The GIN HEART series from Akayane is crafted from imo shochu — a traditional Japanese spirit distilled from sweet potatoes — and infused with regional botanicals to create four seasonal expressions: Haru (Spring), Natsu (Summer), Aki (Autumn), and Fuyu (Winter).

Each edition embodies the essence of its season, offering a versatile drinking experience served whether in a classic gin & tonic, a refreshing highball, or a warmed infusion.

SERVING: Serve neat in a small tulip-shaped glass, or over one large ice cube. Dark chocolate or fresh orange slices can be served alongside.

Dictador Black Edition is a limited art rum built from 2003 and 2005 vintage stocks. The matte-black bottle is hand-painted, marked with a glossy Dictador inscription and limited to 1,000 hand-numbered pieces; the spirit is bottled at 40% volume.

AGEING: the 2003 and 2005 components mature in oak under Colombia’s warm Caribbean climate, where extraction develops quickly. The blend is built for roundness and balance, avoiding the dry, tannic edge that can dominate older tropical stocks.

SUGGESTIONS: serve neat at room temperature when the bottle is opened for a small group, or make a short Rum Old Fashioned with cane syrup, a dash or two of The Bitter Truth Old Time Aromatic Bitters and orange zest.

PRODUCTION
100% Blue Weber agave from Jalisco, aged minimum 3 years in French Limousin and American oak. This blend draws from the Cuervo family cellar, combining estate reserves with reserves up to 30 years old, assembled annually by the master distiller. Bottled at 40% ABV. The 2023 limited-edition artist box, titled 'Structuring a Landscape', features hand-blown glass, hand-signed and hand-dated by Mexican artists Gabriel Cázares Salas and Rolando Flores Tovar of the Tercerunquinto Collective.

SERVING
Serve neat at room temperature in a brandy snifter or copita. Allow 5–10 minutes for the spirit to open. Alternatively serve in a tumbler with ice slightly diluted to mellow the tannins. Best enjoyed as a contemplative sipper after a meal with dark chocolate, candied nuts, or a mild cigar. Not recommended for cocktails.

Part of the Anecdotes of Ages Collection, this single malt marks the third collaboration between The Macallan and Sir Peter Blake. The label, created digitally by the artist, illustrates people and stories connected to the distillery and its Speyside home.

Bella Stasera is aged 12 months in French oak barrels (80%) and then stabilised during 6 months in stainless steel tanks. This wine is non - filtered. Therefore small particles at the bottom bottle could be found.

Havana Club Tributo 2025 is the latest release in the prestigious Iconica Collection. Composed of extra rare, aged Cuban rums, finished in Irish whiskey casks from the renowned Redbreast distillery.

Blended by Asbel Morales, Maestro del Ron Cubano, this limited edition was bottled at a cask strength of 43% and released in June 2025. Only 2,967 bottles have been produced, making it a collector’s piece and a connoisseur’s treat.

This rum is presented in a striking red case that reflects the character of the rum inside.

Havana Club Tributo 2019 is the fourth edition in the prestigious Iconica Collection, crafted by three generations of Maestros del Ron Cubano: Don José Navarro, Asbel Morales, and Salomé Alemán.

Each Maestro selected a rare molasses rum from the 1970s, 1990s, and 2010s, one of which was aged in a Cognac cask, then blended with a 25-year-old rum aged in French oak barrels.

This limited edition consists of 2,500 bottles and was launched at the Habanos Festival in February 2019. It is presented in an off-white wooden box edged with vibrant orange hues—echoing the amber glow of the rum within—and personalised with the Master’s signatures.

Argenina 2020 is the Gran Selezione expression of Podere il Palazzino, grown in Monti in Chianti within the Gaiole area. It is made from Sangiovese and reflects a warm, concentrated vintage with enough freshness to keep the wine upright and precise.

WINEMAKING: The wine is matured in used barriques and large casks, then bottled unfiltered. It carries 14.5% volume and is built for the table rather than for a simple aperitif pour.

SERVING: Open from 2025, with its best window from 2027 to 2035. Serve at 17 to 18°C after a short decant with bistecca alla Fiorentina, wild boar ragù, roast lamb, or aged Pecorino Toscano. A 30 minute decant is useful in the first years.
