Produced in small batches, using a 95% rye mash and 5% malted barley. An award-winning rye whiskey with a unique character and complexity. Released in 2011, it continues to gain recognition as one of the highest quality ryes available.

Composed of a unique blend of 28% rye, 68% corn, and 4% malted barley malt, along with special strains of yeast and pure Kentucky limestone-filtered water. Due to its high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold and spicy character with a clean and smooth finish. This blend is inspired by a family recipe created by Augustus Bulleit over 150 years ago.

Lactalium Vodka is made according to a unique recipe inspired by the Arkhi Mongolian traditions, where fresh mountain milk is fermented and then distilled in copper stills. An ultra smooth vodka that can be enjoyed straight or in cocktails.

The organic mountain milk comes from the Cantal region, located in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes natural park. The production process consists of several steps: after the milk is collected it’s clarified for one week, fermented for approximately ten days, triple distilled in Charente copper still and finally blended. Lactalium is non-filtered and free of additives.

Premium aged gin composed of 55% barrel aged malt wine, the typical base of genever. VL92 YY is a hybrid between a Genever and a Gin. VL92 YY is non-chill filtered to preserve its full aroma. This may also lead to fine sediments at the base of the bottle. It is natural and not a sign of minor quality. Only 1050 bottles produced.

This extraordinary gin was created as a tribute to the 1736 Gin Act historical event.

Made with Van Toor’s own 100% malt wine Genever as raw material, this gin undergoes a meticulous process of distillation, combined with classic 18th-century gin botanicals such as angelica, orris root, cilantro seed and violet root added during the final distillation.

The result is an explosion of flavours unfolding several layers. To hold the essential oils, the 1736 Gin Act is bottled at a higher ABV of 45%. This is a must have for gin connoisseurs and aficionados

Sambuca Virus is made from essences of oils obtained from the steam distillation of aniseed seeds dissolved in pure alcohol and enriched with sugar and other natural aromas. A sweet, strong liqueur with a pleasant, aromatic finish.

Tips for consumption: Depending on your taste and mood, Sambuca goes well with iced coffee, served pure, with coffee, according to tradition, served with one or two coffee beans (Mosca).

Virtus Amaro Segesta is a versatile drink that can be enjoyed as an aperitif, mixed in cocktails or as a digestive. You can serve it neat, with a dash of tonic water or ice cube. If you prefer a long drink, try mixing it with Amaro, Coca Cola and a dash of fresh lime juice.

This unique blend is obtained by macerating and soaking in alcohol more than twenty officinal herbs and local Sicilian essences, according to an old, artisanal recipe kept for more than 50 years.
