WhistlePig 12 years old, is an award-winning American Rye Whiskey inspired by old ageing traditions. Composed of a marriage of rye whiskeys matured in New American Oak, Port (7%), French Sauternes (30%), and Madeira casks (63%).

A set of Japanese single malts presented in an elegant gift box. Both whiskies were finished in Caribbean rum casks for over 12 months. The set includes one 70cl bottle of Yoichi and one 70cl Miyagikyo.

Silvestris by Gratavinum is a natural wine made with pure fermented juice of Carignan, Syrah grapes and wild yeast. Aged for 11 months in 400L new French oak barrels. In good conditions of conservation, this wine will develop favorably in the next 5 years. The 2015 vintage yield a limited production of 2340 bottles.

Priorat is a region with soils rich in Llicorella; a kind of slate stone composed of compacted clay sediments that give a mineral character to the wines. The grapes for this wine come from vineyards that have never been treated with any chemicals and no irrigation is made in order to grow vines with deeper roots.

An organic red wine from Ribera del Duero made from 100% Tinto Fino Grapes from bush vines that are 15 to 30 years old, cultivated free of chemicals, using biodynamic methods, non-irrigated and without any wire support.

Cold skin maturation is applied in order to obtain a high aromatic character and colour with a low input of tannins. Aged for 8 months in 2nd and 3rd-year-old 400L barrels of French oak

Ribera del Duero is an area with rich soils and extreme climate conditions; scarce rainfalls throughout the year and temperatures ranging from -20°C to 35°C ideal for vine growing.

A unique cuvée entirely vinified in oak casks, composed of the three grape varieties Premier and Grand Cru Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. This wine masters the art of blending by renewing the ancestral spirit and savoir-faire of the original champagnes.

This cuvée is a blend of two different years revealing the special quality of the Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity and the surprisingly fresh finish is particularly appreciated by a following of informed wine lovers.

Three barrels were opened on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Kininvie distillery, which were bottled on the day of the opening of the distillery on July 4, 1990. With these precious drops, the long-awaited Special Release # 1 was created. A single malt whisky, aged in Bourbon cask for 25 years, bottled at cask strength in small quantities.

The director of the distillery explains: "Kininvie is a hidden jewel. We have cherished the barrels for 25 years and maintained them, knowing that they contain an incomparable whiskey. Now the time has come to reveal the first drops of our history right from the barrel, where they have been ripening since the first days of the distillation. "Each of the three barrels of Special Release # 1 has a unique taste profile and is an exceptional rarity”

Bunnahabhain distillery dates back to 1881. Located on the northeast coast of the isle of Islay, where the soil is formed almost entirely of peat, which, used during the malt drying process, gives an unmistakable taste of smoke and seaweed. The malt whiskies produced by the Bunnahabhain distillery are smooth almost winey whisky, slightly peated with an impressive constancy and regularity.

The first release of the series and an award-winning whisky. For centuries Mount Fuji had inspired artist and pilgrimages. In 2013 it was added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List.

In commemoration to this event, Hibiki released a limited edition, beautifully presented in a decanter with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji. The 24 facets of the bottle represent the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.

The Yoichi distillery produces rich, peaty and bold malts. Getting its distinct aroma and body directly from heating distillation, in which the pot stills are heated with fine powdered natural coal a traditional method that is hardly ever used today.

Back in 2015, the Nikka distillery announced the discontinuation of the series of age statement whiskies, as stocks were too low to be produced, now only a few bottles available worldwide. A wonderful whisky, bold and peaty, made from 100% malted barley, aged in ex-Bourbon and Mizunara casks. 93 points in the Jim Murray Whisky Bible.

A blend from the Clynelish, Teaninich, Benrinnes, Allt-a-Bhainne, Glen Ord, Dailuaine distilleries with a significant portion of sherry-cask aged malt whisky.
