OAKER is a flavour enhancer made from an infusion of French oak wood, previously strongly toasted. This infusion is distilled in a micro still and aged in Cognac barrels, and then aged in old barrels that contained Cognac.

Its alcoholic volume at 44% makes it an essential ingredient for cocktails and dishes, adding roundness and depth to each creation.

The newest edition in the J. Dupont series. This Cognac is made exclusively from the vines of the Grande Champagne, distilled twice, married together and placed in a single French Limousin oak barrel numbered 0552.

After several years, cellar master Eric Rey concluded that it was time to release the powerful spirit from its cask and bottles it at cask strength of 42.3%

Single Art, Moment 1 is released only as a very limited edition of 500 decanters, each with an individual number. The bottle is presented in a wooden display case.

Mirabelle de Rozelieures Eau de Vie is an aromatic and elegant brandy, made from plums harvested in the family's orchards. This eau-de-vie comes from the old reserve of the Maison de la Mirabelle. Mirabelle is perfectly suited as a digestive.

The magnum edition is presented in a dark bottle sealed with brown wax packed in a gift box.

This unique Single Malt was matured for at least 18 years in the best quality and hand-picked oak barrels, which results in the shiny golden color and fine flower and oak aroma. Glen Grant's latest creation has been awarded three times by Jim Murray's Whisky Bible 2020: "Scotch Whisky of the Year", "Single Malt of the Year" and "Best Single Malt 16-21 Years".

This bottling expresses perfectly the spirit of Demerara, sweet, bitter and salty, with a spicy, silky and slightly balsamic palate. This sophisticated single cask rum was distilled by Demerara Distillers in Guyana and subsequently bottled in Scotland in July 2017 by the independent bottler Samaroli. Limited edition of only 318 numbered bottles.

Château Coutet 2009 is a Sauternes 1er Cru Classé sweet white wine from a warm, dry Bordeaux vintage. The blend is 75% Sémillon, 23% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% Muscadelle, with noble rot bringing concentration and aromatic depth.

WINEMAKING: the estate harvested by successive passes from September to October, selecting botrytised fruit at high concentration. Fermentation took place in new barrels, followed by 18 months in French oak.

FOOD PAIRING: serve at 10 to 12 °C with foie gras, blue cheese, fruit tart, almond desserts or roast poultry with a lightly sweet sauce. It also works as a slow after-dinner glass.

With over 14 Generations of expertise, the renowned La Fontaine de La Pouyade presents an exceptional, rare bottling, composed of old Eaux-de-Vie from grapes exclusively harvested in Premier Crus of Grande Champagne. An area with chalky soils, where the heat of the sun is very intense. The yield per hectare is lower than in the other Crus but after a long maturation, the Eaux-de-Vies can reach incomparable olfactory and taste sensations.

Following distillation during the winter months, the Cognac begins the ageing process in ancient oak barrels according to traditional methods. Once attained optimum ageing in oak barrels, the cognac is then stored in demijohns under the constant and attentive supervision of owners and cellar masters.

La Fontaine de La Pouyade is presented in a crystal wax-sealed decanter finished by hand, a replica of 17th-century bottles held by the family. Stamped with a 24 carats gilded label, personalized by a unique number engraved in the glass and copied onto a watermarked certificate.

This is the very first release of an organic Irish whisky from the Waterford Distillery and in the modern age overall. ORGANIC: GAIA 1.1 was distilled in 2016 from organic Irish barley grown by a small, dedicated group of organic farmers: John Mallick, Paddy Tobin, Alan Jackson, Pat and Denis Booth, Jason Stanley and Trevor Harris.

Dom Rozès is made from the grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Touriga Frances, Tinta Barroca and Tinta Roriz. After being carefully selected, the wine matures in oak barrels for at least four years.

This is a relatively young Hampden, but its unclouded character and full-bodied aroma are impressive. This rum was bottled at 51.80% strength. Serge from Whiskyfun awarded this rum 89 points and qualified it as the perfect Hampden for beginners. The top critic Serge Valentin writes:

Porfidio 2G is a single malt whisky that stays true to its raw material and terroir. Produced in small, single vintage batches of 100% single variety, malted Blue Barley grown in New South Wales.

Porfidio 2G is double distilled in copper pot stills, aged in ex-tequila 110-litre American Oak casks, non-chill filtered, and free of additives. Each bottle displays the vintage year, barrel & bottle number written by hand.

The world's first and only 100% Blue Agave spirit aged in Fraxinus Ash barrels. Porfidio Fraxinus is a single-tree distillate hand toasted and cold aged in the Bavarian Alps. Distilled in a state-of-art German Holstein equipment and continuously aged in the same virgin barrel throughout the entire ageing process for 12 whole years, not 'finished' in virgin oak. This is one of the oldest aged Extra anejo's on the market.

The hand made porcelain bottle from Germany is off-white in colour with a satin finish and decorated with embossed vertical ridges, contoured to the shape of the bottle. The logo and text details on the front are also embossed, with no colour making a strikingly elegant bottle. Very limited edition of only 1000 bottles from the 6 barrels.

A unique experience to cherish with good friends

Fraxinus is known amongst the Germanic tribes as the Tree of Gods. The oned used for these barrels was planted in 1857 in Bavaria and harvested on its 150th birthday under special government license creating only 14 barrels. Porfidio was able to acquire 6 barrels to age this unique spirit. Its wood contains almost no wood tannins compared to oak, hence there's very little astringency in the after taste and a very little colour has been imparted to the agave spirit.

Intensely sweet, dense and decadently satisfying. This wine has been aged for 30 years according to the Solera system, the process is supervised by Master Blender Antonio Flores.
