The new Bimber Single Malt, Single Cask whisky Switzerland Edition 2021 has finally arrived. This expression was matured in Ex-Bourbon and drawn from Cask No. 205. Bottled at cask strength and exclusively produced for Figee Fine Goods as part of Bimber's 2021 Country Collection. Very limited, only 270 bottles were released.

The Bimber Country Collection was created to meet the growing demand for Bimber’s single malt whiskies. The new release follows the inaugural 2020 collection, which was a hit and sold out worldwide.

The latest batch is composed of twenty-four cask strength, single cask whiskies. Fourteen have been released this summer and the other ten will be available by the end of the year.

The lucky countries are Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, The Nederlands, Poland, South Africa & Taiwan.

Each edition showcases a variety of casks such as Ex-Bourbon, Pedro Ximenez, Madeira, Ruby Port and Ex-Rye. Non-Chill filtered, natural colour.

Bimber Kumquat Gin is a clear, crisp and refreshing gin produced from eight botanicals, including grapefruit, lemon, orange, iris, angelica, coriander, juniper and Kumquat. Kumquat is a rare citrus variety native to China that grows slowly and produces luscious tasting fruits.

Bimber Kumquat Gin is expertly handcrafted at the London distillery and is presented as a classic juniper and citrus-infused gin, bursting with vibrant and bold flavours.

This gin is incredibly versatile: it can be enjoyed in a simple gin & tonic or served over ice with a splash of soda water or ginger ale. Bimber Kumquat Gin is also great for a martini - just add it to your favourite vermouth.

Da Hong Pao Tea Gin is an earthy, floral, richly coloured gin that captivates not only with its style but also with its ingredients.

Handcrafted by the Bimber London distillery with one of the world’s most expensive teas. Da Hong Pao is a rare, heavily oxidised oolong tea with an earthy, floral and sweet taste profile. The tea grows between the rocks of Southern China’s breathtaking Wuyi Mountains.

The infusion is created by mixing the brewed tea with the gin, which contains botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root and orris root.

Chichibu The Peated 2018 is a Japanese single malt released for the distillery's tenth anniversary. It was bottled at 55.5% volume.

MATURATION: Made entirely from peated barley sourced in the Scottish Highlands, this edition is matured five years in bourbon casks.

SUGGESTIONS: Start with a small measure in a tulip glass. Keep water alongside and add a few drops at a time if preferred.

Appleton Estate 1999 Hearts is a 21-year-old pure single rum created as a collaboration between the distillery's Cellar Master, Joy Spence, and Independent bottler Luca Gargano from Velier.

The Hearts Collection is a limited edition featuring special bottlings of 100% pot still single-mark rums.

Glenmorangie Gran Vintage 1996, entirely matured in First Filled-Bourbon casks for 23 years. The custom-designed casks were crafted from American white oaks found in the forest of Missouri’s Ozark Mountains.

The casks were then heavily toasted, lightly charred to augment their natural wood notes and seasoned with bourbon for four years.

Heavily roasted chocolate barley gives this unique single malt its rich flavour, while estate-grown Cadboll barley provides the creamy Glenmorangie style. The chocolate malt spirit, is made
once a year in Glenmorangie's giraffe-high stills.

The final blend combines sweet whiskies extra-matured in ex-sherry casks, spicy and toasty whiskies from charred, new oak barrels, andwhiskies from the oldest Glenmorangie stocks.

Electio is made with 100% Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.

Made exclusively from Xarel-lo grapes, a variety indigenous to the Penedès region. The grapes come from vineyards over 80 years old, located in areas with special soils and microclimates.

Electio 2012 is part of a collection of Microcuvée wines, an exclusive selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced in very limited quantities, only in the best years.

After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes are gently pressed and then fermented in New and 2nd-year French Allier and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17 °C.

After the fermentation, the wine matures in the same barrels for four months on the lees and with periodic ba^tonnage.

A rich red wine composed of a blend of 59% Tempranillo, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot & 12% Syrah grapes, cultivated in vineyards with unique soils and microclimates.

Parés Baltà Absis 2017 Microcuvée is part of a selection of organic and biodynamic wines produced only in the best years. This wine is presented in an original wooden box of 1 bottle.

Absis can be paired with matured meats and grilled vegetables

The base for the new edition is the house style Hendrick’s, which includes 11 botanicals and its signature rose and cucumber finish. The addition of their secret botanical makes Lunar distinctly floral with a subtle spicy finish.
