A rare, single malt whisky matured in the finest sherry casks, the FORTY-YEAR-OLD single malt delivers fragrant spices and stewed red berries, followed by Morello cherry, dark chocolate and mature oak.

The 2021 Release was bottled at a cask strength of 57.1%. Presented in a stunning black stained solid oak wooden box with copper-coloured detailing and printed metal plaques.

The bottle features a heavily embossed and gold foiled label to complete the quality feel.

Gin Sul is the Dry Gin from Hamburg with roots in Portugal. Simple, fresh and elegant, handcrafted with fine botanicals carefully distilled in small batches.

Juniper berries, coriander, rosemary, peppers, lavender, cinnamon and fresh lemons from Portugal are just some of the ingredients which capture the ‘Saudade’, or soulful longing, in Gin Sul.

Gin Sul is presented in white clay bottles made from glazed stoneware, the thick material protects the spirit’s subtle flavours from light and changes in temperature.

Maker's Mark No.46 features Bill Samuels Jr.'s recipe, plus a secondary maturation process. After the traditional six-year ageing in charred Kentucky oak barrels, toasted French oak staves are placed inside the barrel, adding depth and complexity to the whiskey.

Fettercairn 12 Years Old is the Highland single malt that anchors the distillery's core range — bottled at 40% volume, the everyday entry into a quietly distinctive house style.

MATURATION: American white oak ex-bourbon casks. No finishing, no wine cask second life, no secondary intervention — a deliberately straightforward programme that lets the distillate's character through without modification.

SERVING: serve neat or with a small splash of cold water in a Glencairn or rocks glass. Works as aperitif and evening sipper. For a cocktail: an easy Whisky Sour — 50 ml whisky, 30 ml fresh lemon, one bar spoon sugar syrup, shaken with ice. Pairs with a mild Honduran corojo cigar.

The Millésime 2011 Robert Moncuit Vozémieux is a Blanc de Blanc made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from 40-year-old vines.

The grapes are harvested by hand, fermented in large stainless steel tanks, and subjected to a complete Malolactic fermentation. This is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle to develop its delicate structure to a greater extent.

Vozémieux is a Champagne of great versatility, making it the perfect accompaniment to starters, first and main courses with fish. The recommended serving temperature is 10°C.

Robert Moncuit is a small oenological gem; their Champagnes represent elegance and refinement.

Les Chétillons is one of their jewels, an elegant, powerful Champagne with a long and vibrant finish.

The Champagne Les Chétillons 2013 from Robert Moncuit is a Blanc de Blancs made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested in the eponymous site near the village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified as Grand Cru, in the famous Côte des Blancs. This Champagne is aged in wood barrels.

The dosage of 2 g/l - which makes it an Extra Brut, ensures that this Champagne Blanc de Blancs completes the fruit's intense ripeness with the minerality of pure chalk on the palate.

Robert Moncuit Reserve Perpetuelle Blanc de Blancs is an Extra Brut Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, medium-bodied and aged on the lees for 31-54 months. This Extra Brut has been produced from a blend of different vintages of reserve wines from 2006 to 2017.

Robert Moncuit's champagnes are extremely precise, straightforward and of enormous radiance. The basic cuvées are already a perfect introduction to the world of Côte des Blancs, the vintage cuvées and single-vineyard cuvées are among the best cuvées currently produced in Champagne due to their precision, minerality and complexity.

Les Ravines plot is located in the commune of Auvernier. The parcel overlooks the lake benefiting from exceptional high sun exposure and clayey-limestone soil. The elegant character of this wine is expressed through fruity notes of wild berries and spicy wood aromas. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels and produced in limited quantities.

The 2018 Gamaret is presented in a Magnum Bottle.

Made from 100% Gamaret grapes matured for 24 months in American oak barrels. The bouquet is toasty, with hints of vanilla, spice and fruit. The exquisite burst of flavour from the nose is repeated on the palate.

Gamaret is a red grape variety. Created by crossing Gamay and Reichensteiner, this variety was registered in Switzerland in 1991.

The third release of the Ian Hunter Series celebrates the legacy of the last of the Johnston family to own and manage the distillery, and his fight to protect its source of water - The Kilbride Stream.

This whisky was distilled in 1987 fully matured in ex-Bourbon barrels for 33 years, bottled at cask strength, non-chill filtered.

Demoiselle Apolline is a wine liqueur, created to celebrate the birth of the 25th generation of the Boinaud Family. Made from grape musts harvested at the estate and aged in oak barrels for 20 years in the family cellar N°8.

This is a very limited edition with less than 9000 bottles.

The 1987 vintage is composed of an exquisite yet powerful blend that will captivate even the most sophisticated palate. Signature de France bears the seal of the House of Boinaud, establishing the traditional identity of prestigious Armagnacs and innovating in the spirit of family tradition.

This Armagnac was made exclusively from a combination of 80% Ugni Blanc and 20% Baco grapes, subjected to a single column distillation. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Panjas, spreading over two terroirs, Boulbène where the soils are composed of heavy clay and small stones and Sables Fauves, rich in red sandy soil.

The maturation process took place in 350-litre oak barrels, previously used for the maturation of Cognac. The whole range was bottled at cask strength and produced in limited quantities. Only 5000 bottles of the 1987 vintage are available.
