A unique liquor handcrafted according to traditional methods with chiles native to Puebla, cultivated in volcano-enriched soils. After the harvest, the soil rest for three years before growing chiles again.

During the making of Ancho Reyes Verde, each chile is hand-selected, fire-roasted and mashed by hand. Macerated in neutral cane spirit for half a year, blended and rested to allow the flavours emerge and combine harmoniously.

The opulent edition celebrates the granting of the Royal Warrant to John Walker & Sons in 1934.

The exceptional blend includes whisky reserves from distilleries operating during George’s twenty-five-year reign (1910 – 1936). Precious whiskies such as Benrinnes, Cardhu and irreplaceable casks from the now-closed Port Ellen and Port Dundas distillery.

Lallier Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exquisite Champagne made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in Grands Crus vineyards.

The blend consists of 70% base wines from Aÿ, a terroir usually dominated by Pinot Noir. The 30% reserve wines come from the renowned plots of the Côte des Blancs in Avize, Cramant, and Oger.

Aged between 36 and 48 months. This champagne can be stored for up to five years, stored away from light.

Johnnie Walker Masters of Flavour 48 Year Old is composed of rare whiskies, aged for at least 48 years, from seven distilleries, including four so-called “ghost” distilleries: Port Dundas, Brora, Glen Albyn, and Glenury Royal, along with Cameronbridge, Blair Athol, and Dalwhinnie.

This whisky comes in a very rare green crystal Baccarat decanter with a wooden box and is signed by the four master craftsmen involved: the Malt Master, Distillation Master, Cask Master, and Blend Master.

Only 288 bottles were produced worldwide, making it extremely limited and collectible.

Dow's 30 Year Tawny is a rare old Tawny blend with a deeper oxidative profile than the twenty-year release. It shows dried citrus, quince, almond and caramel, carried by the house's savoury Douro freshness.

WINEMAKING: long cask ageing slowly concentrates colour, aroma and texture. A small selection of old Tawny parcels is blended for balance, giving maturity without losing lift or precision.

SERVING: serve slightly chilled at 12 to 14 C with salted almonds, creme brulee, aged hard cheese, walnut cake or dried-fruit desserts. It is also strong as a contemplative after-dinner pour.

The youngest of DOW'S Aged Tawny Collection, aged for ten years in the Boa Vista Lodge.

The collection displays the singular identity of the wines, by balancing the wood character with the original fine fruit flavours of the grapes.

Despite its age, this young wine contains vibrant fruit flavours combined with an intense complexity coming from the prolonged ageing in well-seasoned oak barrels. Dow’s port wines are less sweet that other wines.

Dow’s 10 Year Old Tawny is a perfect match to sweet desserts, such as apple pie or chocolate mousse. Serve slightly chilled. It will last for up to one month once open.

Made from 100% Merlot grapes, grown in Contone and Cugnasco, Ticino. The vineyards located between 220 and 250 metres above sea level are planted in rows according to the 'Guyot' method, the average age of the vines is 30 years.

During the growing season, the vines benefit from a very long period of sunshine. In summer from the warm twilight sun and the evening breeze from Lake Maggiore.

Stella is matured for twelve months, 60% in old oak barriques and 40 in new oak barriques. Before its release, the bottled wine is kept in the warehouse at a constant temperature for a year or more.

This wine is unfiltered, therefore some sediment might be present.

A limited-edition that pays tribute to the Ryusui-Hyakka (One Hundred Flowers and Flowing Water). This bottling celebrates the blooms, colours and shapes of seasonal flowers that make the Japanese year so special.

The design motif depicts the cyclical passage of time, showcasing the blossoms of the Japanese twenty-four seasons juxtaposed with the ever-changing flow of water that connects one passing season to another.

Composed of 30 botanicals including rhubarb roots macerated by hand and juniper berries, this liqueur is made according to artisanal methods dating back to the 1920s.

Serve with a large green olive to create the perfect blend of balance and flavour.

A well-aged, well finished, example of Cambus single grain whisky.

For this release, Independent bottler Chapter 7 has finished a single bourbon hogshead in three-octave casks. The octaves had previously held Glen Elgin and Linkwood.

Distilled in September 1988, bottled in January 2022 at cask strength of 47.6%, from single cask No.3325.

Cambus 1988 is part of the Monologue range of single cask Scotch whiskies, where no two casks are the same. Monologue whisky is a unique expression. It tells the story of the distillery that produced the whisky and the cask where it matured.

Distilled in September 2008, bottled in December 2021 at 47% ABV from Single Cask #715025. Matured for 13 years in bourbon hogshead cask.

This is a limited edition of only 273 bottles.

A complex & multilayered dram...

Independent bottler Chapter 7 presents a well-aged Glen Grant, matured for 24 years in a Bourbon Hogshead.

Distilled in January 1998, bottled in January 2022 at cask strength of 51.1%, from single cask No.6454.

The Glen Grant distillery is known for its light whisky style. Founded in 1839, it is one of the oldest distilleries in Speyside and the only remaining single malt distillery to still bear the name of its founders.

The Tomintoul distillery is known for its signature "gentle single malt". Key components such as the natural environment, fresh air and pure water contribute to the smooth and mellow character of the spirit.

This edition was distilled in September 2010 and bottled in October 2021 by independent bottler WITL at 56.8% from a single cask No. 128/2010. All of his whiskies a non-chill-filtered and free of artificial colouring.

Limited, only 409 bottles were released worldwide.

A single malt whisky from the iconic distillery of the Orkney Islands, aged for five years in Chateau Latour wine barrels.

Bottled by independent bottler Whisky is the limit at 60.8% from a single cask No. 240/2016.
