Cette édition limitée a été distillée le 5 septembre 1997, vieillie en fûts traditionnels ex-whisky jusqu'au 10 mars 2016, puis transférée en fûts de sherry Pedro Ximenez pour le reste de la maturation.
Le Moine PX est un single malt aux saveurs exceptionnelles. La finition en fûts de sherry complète sa richesse tourbée de fumée et de poivre, équilibrée par ses saveurs légèrement salées et sucrées telles que la vanille, la figue, les noix grillées et le caramel.

Limited Edition of only 187 bottles, produced in 2014 from single cask No. 604, bottled at cask strength. This vintage Bunnahabhain whisky is slightly peated with notes of orange peel, spices and minerals. A wonderful addition to a collector of rare and old whiskies.
