Le Cime Vino Rosso is produced by Vino Hauser, a swiss producer located in Ticino. Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and other grape varieties are grown in more than 20 different vineyards. The vineyards are cultivated on sandy, clayey soils on a granite base. Le Cime Rosso is composed of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot and is matured for 20 to 24 months in new French barriques. Intense dark ruby red
Intense spice and wood aromas from the barrel ageing are followed by aromas of cooked elderberries and ethereal herbs.
On the palate full of juiciness, with precise fruit, well-integrated ripe tannin. It pairs very well with dark meat, game and aged hard cheeses.
