A fortified wine infused with 17 alpine herbs, created by Chambéry using a recipe dating back to 1821. The wine used for Dolin is distilled from 100% Ugni-Blanc grapes. Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry has the only Appellation d' Origine for Vermouth in France

Very pale crystalline
citrus peel with hints of menthol, balsamic and mountain herbs notes
Velvety texture with harmonious aromas of almond and fruit.
Slightly bitter with citrus notes.
