A delightful dark rum that leads to oblivion with its opulent scents of the East. Ample and complex with an aromatic concentration dominated by tropical fruit and molasses. This Demerara rum was distilled in 2003, bottled in Scotland in 2020 at 50% Vol. Limited release of only 344 bottles.
Tasting notes
Old gold with copper and amber tones
Dried fruit, myrtle and a pinch of coffee.
Full, wide and articulated with a great expressive force. A rum defined by notes of tamarind, vanilla and paprika harmoniously combined with sesame, raisins and spicy pepper.
Soft and warm with liquorice and mint notes.
Thanks to our experience we have chosen the appropriate woods and barrels and we have been able to make a plan that will allow us to remain in balance over the years. Keeping our concept of quality, having to wait to grow old, as it was always done for SAMAROLI SPIRITS.
