Mars Cosmo is composed of a blend of Single Malt whiskies from the Japanese distillery Shinshu and undisclosed Scottish distilleries. Finished for six months in Manzanilla Sherry Casks which gives it a fruity and spicy taste. This blend is a limited edition, bottled in 2019 at a pleasant drinking strength of 42%.
Komagatake 30 is an extraordinary collector must-have and a very rare single malt release from The Shinshu Mars distillery, which stopped production in 1992 due to a decrease in demand, however, production restarted in 2011 following the recovery of the Japanese whisky market.
This single malt was distilled in 1986, aged for 30 years in American White Oak and bottled in 2016. This edition is presented in a wooden case. Very limited only 1,137 bottles were released.
The third release of a series of whisky inspired by the “Nature of Shinshu”, a tribute to beautiful and peaceful surroundings. “Shinanotanpopo” is a spring Dandelion flower that grows in the Nagano region in Japan. This whisky is composed of a delicate blend of different barrels including 20-year-old sherry cask, vatted with Bourbon and Oak cask whiskeys.
Made from a blend of 60% grain and 40% malt from Canada and Scotland. Matured in oak barrels for 12 years, aged, blended and bottled at the Chugoku Juzo Distillery in Japan. This whisky is characterized by intense wood aromas and subtle notes of peat.

In commemoration to this event, Hibiki released a limited edition. Beautifully presented in a decanter with a painting of a scenic view of Mount Fuji. The 24 facets of the bottle represent the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar.
