7Peaks brewery

This Swiss gin is produced for 7Peaks Brewerery at the Lakeside Distillery, by combining freshly brewed beer distilled with juniper and other traditional botanicals, such as juniper berries, coriander, lemon, orange peel, cloves and wild honey.

The 7Peaks brewery is known for producing artisanal beers and it is located at 1300 meters high in the Swiss Alps, surrounded by the Valaisan mountain range, the Dents du Midi.

Rosé 2022 | Pinot Noir & Vermentino

In the stunning region of Liguria in Italy, two close friends, Giovanni Campari and André Taudel, a.k.a. The Wine Brewers, are producing delightful natural wines—unfiltered and unfussy.

Over two decades of beer brewing led them to explore the winemaking world, so they combined their skills and knowledge to create wines that showcase their creativity and expertise. 

Cross Fade Volume 1 is a Natural wine that falls somewhere between a rosé and a red. This blend is composed of two grapes: 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Vermentino.

VINIFICATION:
The grapes were only destemmed and placed whole in steel tanks.
Short carbonic maceration for 24 Hours.
Soft pressing and fermentation via native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Matured in steel tanks for six months before bottling.

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes is a traditional Mexican distillate made from Dasylirion, a succulent plant that grows wildly in the desert of Northern Mexico.

Dasylirion thrives in harsh desert conditions. Its roots delve deep into the dry soil, absorbing every raindrop bestowed by nature. This plant grows for 18 to 22 years before it can be distilled.

Sotol Padre de las Serpientes Batch No.2 was distilled in Chihuahua in 2023. This is a limited edition of 5100 numbered bottles.

Sotol is an excellent alternative to tequila or mezcal in traditional cocktails such as Margarita, Tommy's, or Paloma.

Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi D.O.C

Villa Bucci Classico 2021 is made from 100% organic Verdicchio grapes, cultivated within five vineyards with different exposures and altitudes ranging from 220 to 380 meters above sea level.

This is an excellent aperitif white wine; it also pairs well with fish pasta and risotto, fish soups, white meats and fresh cheeses.

VINIFICATION:
Each vineyard undergoes separate vinification, employing manual harvesting with gentle pressing and selecting only the initial press. There is no contact with the skins during this process.

The grapes are left on the lees until spring and malolactic fermentation is not induced, allowing the wine to develop naturally. Vinification occurs in steel tanks. During bottling, wines from various vineyards are blended to maintain consistency in style as much as possible.

Nebbiolo & Vespolina Grapes

Le Piane Boca D.O.C 2007 is made from a blend of 85% Nebbiolo grapes and 15% Vespolina grapes, sourced from 30 to 50-year-old vineyards with mineral-rich soils of volcanic porphyric gravel.

The grapes undergo a long fermentation process with their skins in open steel and wood casks. The malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously in wooden barrels following the harvest during springtime.

After 3-4 years, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining, and it is then allowed to rest for an additional six months before being made available for sale.

2019 Chianti Classico | Sangiovese

Argenina Chianti Classico is made from a handpicked selection of 100% organic, Sangiovese grapes grown in vineyards located 310-375 meters above sea level. These vineyards, aged between 15 and 30 years, yield exceptional fruit.

The grapes are fermented in steel vats at low temperatures to retain intensity and aroma, then aged in small oak barrels or used barriques.

Champagne Grand Cru | Extra Brut MAGNUM

Robert Moncuit Blanc de Blancs is crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in different vineyards in the commune of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.

The vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks.

During the controlled fermentation process, the biological acid reduction takes place. Maturation of the yeast lasts six months. The residual sugar content is 3g/l.

Robert Moncuit's champagnes are of enormous radiance and very precise. Due to their exactness, minerality and complexity, the basic cuvées are among the best in the Champagne region.

Ancestral Artisanal Mezcal | 100% Agave Cuishe

An earthy mezcal with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

El Jolgorio Cuishe is crafted from wild and semi-cultivated agave from Santa Maria Zoquitlan, Oaxaca.

This variety is called "Cuixe/ Cuishe" in the indigenous Zapotec language. Due to its spiky leaves and laborious harvesting process, it represents less than 1% of the agave currently growing in the state.

It takes 13 years for the Cuishe agave to mature before it can be harvested for mezcal production. Entire Cuishe trunks are added to produce a spirit with a green, mineral-rich flavour profile.

The piñas and trunks are milled using horse-driven stone or "Tahona", naturally fermented in open-air wooden tanks, cooked in conical earthen ovens and artisanally distilled using traditional copper pot stills.
